從生活所得到之啟發
最近有一種忙的焦頭爛額的感覺，但大部分卻是來自於生活，而非工作之中。生活
中，總是有很多事情會帶給我們一些啟發，但是啟發卻有可能讓人感覺痛苦，我不
停的思考著，究竟發生了什麼問題?

7月底，好不容易搬到了位於板橋新的租屋處，以為就此可以繼續原本的生活，但
是朋友A卻丟了一顆震撼彈，他不打算住了！才第三天就做下如此堅定的決定，其
中可能是他的男朋友說了一些抱怨新家的話，接著因為那一番話，讓他自己也引發
不喜歡新家的感覺，所以，他決定要搬走，將我們的初衷都拋之腦後。不管真正讓
他做出此決定的原因為何，我和朋友B都不在他的決策圈之中，我和朋友B都單純只
是被告知的角色，為此我們都非常不開心。

我想，不開心的原因主要是缺乏被尊重的感覺吧！當初是三個人一起決定的事情，
如今卻因為他一人而推翻這一切，我實在是不知道我們這兩個人是什麼角色？對任
何人而言，被尊重也許只是一種感覺，但是卻是非常重要的。對於現況的變更，其
實人們並不會抗拒改變，只是抗拒被改變，人們之所以抗議被改變，是因為她們的
選擇權被剝奪了，抗議在改變之中未被尊重。

在這件事情上，我深刻感受到我不被尊重，我卻必須接受。雖然我並不抗拒改變，
但是這並不代表可以被忽略或排除在決策之外，而且在溝通和協調的過程中，顯然
也發生了問題，團體的決策因為其中一個人而推翻，推翻之後也不打算先討論出一
個解決方案，經過這個過程，我不禁思考：究竟在團體之中，我們都應該先以自身
利益為優先，還是要設身處地的為他人想？

這樣的問題充斥著生活和工作之中，而不被尊重的感覺或是不尊重他人當然更會發
生在工作上，畢竟在這個社會，分工合作已經是很普遍的事情，大家各司其職，有
其專業能力和職責所在，但是其實卻又是息息相關的，分工並不是完全切割的，在
這樣的情況下，究竟誰有權利去告訴你，你應該怎麼做？或者，你有什麼權利去告
訴別人應該怎麼做？而又該怎麼說才是對的？

對我而言，應該和不應該之間的模糊空間實在是很大，而在這樣的模糊空間裡，爭
論也就最大。也許有人會覺得一直談尊重不尊重或是應該不應該，是不是太過於感
性？很多事情就是該怎麼做就怎麼做，畢竟這種偏感覺層面的東西，很難去定義，
也許我們最能做的就是避免被誤解！多溝通和協調可以避免誤解，但是偏偏溝通協
調卻也很難，或許我應該是說：我覺得這世界沒有一件事情是不難的吧！

先分享一則我看到的小故事：
某天，有個爸爸載著六歲的大兒子和三歲的小兒子一起出門，大兒子是個求知慾很
強的小孩，一路上不停的問爸爸問題，而小兒子則是默默注視著外面的景物。在等
待綠燈的同時，大兒子仍然不停的向爸爸提出問題，而爸爸當然也樂於向他解釋，

突然間小兒子竟然大喊著：「夠了！夠了！」

爸爸對小兒子這樣不禮貌的行為感到非常訝異，一怒之下便大聲斥責：「閉嘴！」

小兒子被嚇到了，就這樣一路哭到回家，到家經過媽媽的詢問之後，才知道原來小
兒子是說：「GO了！GO了！」

光是這麼簡單一句話，就可以引起這樣的誤會，那麼在工作中的我們，不停的要和
同事以及客戶討論、溝通、和協調，而在協調與溝通的過程中，難免會需要說理，
雙方各自理性地陳述理由。但是在人生或工作的問題上，真正困難的問題多半不是
僅靠邏輯說裡就能夠解決的，因為除了理性之外，人也有感性的方面的需求。所以
在溝通、協調過程中，有妥協、有堅持、有理想、有現實、有理性的正義、也有感
性的體諒。

而體諒是一種充分了解對方立場的一種態度，體諒代表公平對待對方的心態，體諒
代表願意給對方更多機會，體諒也表示能夠將心比心，以對方的觀點設想。所以，
我想在這件事情上，我會用體諒的心情去面對吧！
