誤解
你喜歡被誤解嗎?你被誤會過嗎?不論在人際關係、職場或生活中，誤會、結怨、
諒解、寬容經常是屢見不鮮的事，誤會的發生經常是由一些微不足道、枝微末節
的小事開始的，但也往往因為枝微末節、微不足道，而導致當事者經常不當一回
事，因此演變成野火燎原，一發不可收拾，這樣值得嗎?

而這些事情、這樣的戲碼，最近發生在筆者的周遭，筆者對於一連串的誤會，感
到相當的訥悶:
納悶一是對於誤會對方者由於一開始的歧見，演變到最後竟然可以成為老死不相
往來甚至針鋒相對，接著把一切的作為都合理化，何必呢?
訥悶二是身為被誤會者，由於一開始的不以為意，接著不作任何的解釋，導致讓
人對於你的一切作出有悖於真正本義的判斷與誤解，然後被人罵到死罵到臭被人
針鋒相對，何苦呢?

或許是個性的原因，筆者向來都不喜歡不愉快的場合與結局，如果不是出於筆者
的本意而導致被人有所誤會或誤解，筆者肯定是會相當的沮喪、無力與不滿，筆
者認為造成誤會的原因不外乎出於表達不清、舉止唐突、行為失當等等，但本意
是善念，卻被解讀成惡念甚至到妖魔化，這就非筆者能接受的。

一直以來，筆者認為沒有什麼事不能說的，人與人相處，溝通本是基本的事情，
為了不讓人對你有所誤解，為了讓理念、作法、、對錯、道理能互通有無，適時
並積極的溝通是必須且持續不停的作，而對於人際間的關係，筆者其實不太允許
明知道錯在哪邊，而不去解決、擺在那邊。不過不去解決的因素有可能來自於很
多的面相，有可能當事者認為問心無愧坦蕩處之、有可能是因為誤解已深，多說
無益、有可能是無須為了理念與觀點不同而去迎合所有人……等等各種各種可能
因應不同環境下所產生的不同心態。

為此筆者也跟熟識的朋友聊過，聊天的過程中，我了解到一個觀念，就是立場不
同，自然而然會有不同的反應。而立場鮮明的前提下，所產生的誤解基本上是無
從解決與解釋的!!立場不同所看事情的角度也會不同，有的立場是由自身的利益
為出發而衍伸出的立場衝突，有的是為了做人做事的方法與觀念不同而產生立場
的不同，更有的是為了看待事情的角度與格局不同而產生立場的對立，這些事情
有解嗎?

看來解的方法是使出渾身解數，用盡力氣去說明、去解釋、去說服，但有這個必
要性嗎?個人覺得有，其實也是因為個性的關係吧!筆者像來是和平愛好者，不與
人為敵，堅信人性本善，也因為如此，一旦覺得事有蹊翹，便會想去解決、說清
楚，但事實證明，就算清楚的表達了心中的想法與立場，也不見得得到認同與諒
解，有可能還是被解讀為狡辯，因為立場的不同!

這真是難解的題目，好友跟我說，即使你解釋了又如何?不被接受就是不被接受，
惟有時間與歷史軌跡才能去證明對錯!!筆者認同了立場不同所帶來的結局，是的!
