孔。台灣南部高雄有愛河，緣起於市長的認真整治，加上歷任
總統於愛河畔宴請外賓。因此高雄托愛河之景觀在國際發光，
此乃河景風貌之媚力。北部淡水河系的風貌，亦決定台灣北部
及台灣未來的面孔！自遠古，淡水河沿岸不僅孕育大坌坑文化
、繩紋紅陶文化，於西班牙及日治時代，台灣第一河發達的航
運也將沿岸滬尾、艋舺及新莊等都會區提昇為臺灣政治、經濟
與文化的中心，民國以來，更蘊藏了臺北人許多心中無價的歷
史記憶與文化資產。當我們台灣第一河-美麗的淡水河臨水的
親水綠帶環境於淡水門戶，關渡、竹圍、紅樹林要打掉且建立
平面道路時，希望大家能發起保護之心。
